A plant-a-holic based in Lancashire, the Palette Gardener, Stephanie Brookes-Taylor studied Design at University and in more recent years worked with award winning, long established garden nursery Holden Clough in the picturesque Ribble Valley. Working closely with her clients she has transformed gardens of all shapes and sizes across Lancashire, Greater Manchester and the Lake District, tailoring planting scheme designs for these very unique climates.

She has also featured in the popular Modern Gardens magazine and had the opportunity to display her planting design during her time at Holden Clough Nurseries for their Flower Show entries seasons 2023 & 2024 including RHS Tatton Park, Southport Flower Show and Harrogate Autumn Flower Show, designing style influenced segments of an overall display in the Floral Pavilions, as a team achieving multiple Large Gold medals and choice trophies.

She is dedicated to designing gardens and bespoke planting schemes for her clients with year-round interest, tailored to garden aspect, soil type and unique conditions alongside their personal taste, style and colour palette. Whether it be a contemporary space or more traditional environment she is able to create a bespoke design taking inspiration from iconic garden styles such as English and Prairie, to Woodland and Tropical,  whatever your vision she can help you achieve it.
