the Palette Gardener

Maintenance Service

• the Palette Gardener will only maintain a flower border or space which has been designed by herself. 
• Reasonable time for cancellation of upcoming works must be communicated at the latest of 48 hours before an arranged visit by the Palette Gardener. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee at her discretion.
• the Palette Gardener does not offer general maintenance such as but not limited to; lawn mowing, hedge trimming, tree felling.

Plant Health or Loss

• Loss of plants/trees/shrubs will be reviewed in accordance to supplier guarantees/warranties if any.
• Clients of the Palette Gardener are expected to provide reasonable care of their new planting scheme; water in dry conditions, care not to tread on or cause excessive damage to establishing plants.

Late Payment fees

• the Palette Gardener reserves the right to apply a percentage late fee on top of the agreed project total should expected payment not be paid in a timely manor.
• A 10% late fee charge will be applied on top of previously agreed project total if not paid within 10 days of invoice being sent.

N.B. Planting designs featured on the Palette Gardener website and socials are a combination of her works completed both during her time working for Holden Clough Nurseries and independently. All photographs taken are her own and are displayed as a portfolio of her work.
